Two elasticated loops secure the bow to your dogs collar to prevent it flopping and ensure it sits perfectly on the collar. Lets face it, nobody is happy when things go floppy! Interfacing has been added for stability. The central loop is free moving to make it easier to slide to the side for cleaning. -
